1 tablespoon tom yum paste

½ garlic clove, chopped

3 stalks lemongrass, chopped

2 kaffir lime leaves

2 skinless and boneless chicken breast, shredded

4 ounces mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon green chile pepper, chopped

1 bunch coriander, chopped

1 bunch coriander, chopped

1 sprig fresh basil, chopped

Method:

Take a large-sized saucepan and add chicken stock

Bring the mix to a boil

Stir in tom yum paste, garlic and cook for 2 minutes
